ABEL GARCIA
PRESIDENT
Abel began his professional construction career as a Superintendent managing the installation and commissioning of multiple Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) projects throughout the US. He has worked as Project Superintendent/Manager across multiple markets and on several large programs throughout his career including the $230M state of the art Flight Training Center project in Denver, CO.
Most recently, Abel has worked at United Airlines in Corporate Real Estate Planning & Development where he led programming development, planning, design, and construction for multiple aviation projects and company initiatives including but not limited to: SFO Polaris Lounge ($40M), Denver Flight Training Facility ($230M) Denver baggage handling double loop system ($130M) and multiple United Club projects at IAH, SFO, HNL and LHR. Abel also oversaw a team of project managers for the Den MTN region portfolio including surrounding line station for UA Corporate Real Estate and was a member of the 2019 LEAD program.
In addition to his previous professional experience, Abel holds several certifications including Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification, UBC/Hytorc Bolting Technician Qualification, Permit Required Confined Space, GE Gas Turbine Qualification Program, OSHA 30, Millwright Journeyman Certification and Rigging Certification.
SCOTT JOHNSON
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Scott has over 20 years of professional experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a Project Manager across multiple markets and on several large projects throughout his career including the $900M 92-story Trump International Hotel and Tower project in Chicago, IL.
Most recently, Scott has worked at United Airlines in Corporate Real Estate Planning & Development where he led programming development, planning, design, and construction for multiple aviation projects and company initiatives including but not limited to: EWR Polaris Lounge ($40M), TPA Line Maintenance Hangar ($34M), and multiple United Club projects at ORD, EWR, FLL, DFW, LGA, HKG and NRT.
In addition to his previous professional experience, Scott holds several certifications including Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) and OSHA 30 Certification.
